The next stable release of Debian has been frozen.

What this means to anyone who does not know, is that any updates to the system must be hand approved in order to enter. This will eventually lead to the release of Debian Etch being the official Debian Stable Release.

Now lets all just hope that iceweasel 2.0 makes it in the final cut of Etch.
